Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the Account Support Officer will play a critical role in providing support to our account management team.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with account managers to assist in managing client accounts - Conduct research on client companies and industries to stay informed on trends and developments - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Assist with tracking account performance and identifying areas for improvement - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery - Demonstrate leadership skills and take initiative to drive projects forward - Adhere to company policies and procedures, prioritizing quality in all aspects of work

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Adaptability and passion for providing excellent support to clients - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Excellent leadership skills and ability to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
