Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at PVH. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to gather information and address any concerns - Assist account managers in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals - Conduct research to gather market insights and trends - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Adaptability to work in a remote environment - Confidence in interacting with clients and team members - Strong research skills to gather relevant market information - Creativity to develop innovative solutions for client needs
