Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Jones Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer to work from home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents - Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide updates - Conduct research and analysis to support client needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in implementing strategies to increase client engagement and revenue

Requirements: - Strong drive to succeed and resilience in handling challenges - Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage people effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
