Job Description:
EMCOR Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, and product information. 3. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Follow up with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. 7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
Requirements: 1. Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account support. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues. 4. Persuasive skills to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Availability to work remotely and attend meetings as needed.
