Job Description:
Charter Communications is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will have at least 4 years of experience in account management or customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a creative mindset to drive innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support - Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management - Assist in the development of new business proposals and presentations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or customer service - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Fluent in English and French (additional languages a plus)
