Job Description:
AES is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to existing clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information - Perform account maintenance tasks, including updating client information and processing transactions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyze customer data and identify trends to improve overall customer satisfaction - Problem-solve and find effective solutions for client concerns - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
