Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is independent, dedicated, and possesses strong negotiation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts, including resolving issues, answering inquiries, and maintaining relationships - Assist in the creation of sales strategies and plans - Manage account documentation and records - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Assist with the development of marketing materials and presentations - Participate in industry events and trade shows as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
