Job Description - Account Support Representative


Job Description:


As an Account Support Representative at FMC Technologies in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing client accounts, including handling billing and invoicing processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong creativity and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
