Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account operations. 4. Conduct research to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and confident individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 2. Strong research and cooperation skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in financial services or customer support is preferred.
