Job Description - Account Support Representative


Job Description:


CBRE Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and confident, with excellent adaptability and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners - Assist in managing client relationships and resolving any issues that may arise - Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events as needed - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in account support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Fluency in English, German, and French (preferred)
