Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate on-time delivery of products and services - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development - Support senior account managers in nurturing client relationships and closing deals

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent negotiation and planning skills - Demonstrated experience in account management or customer support - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
