Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, independent, and possess strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and customer communication - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to assist in developing sales strategies - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
