Account Support Specialist

Tech Data, a leading global technology distributor, is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and individuals who are reliable, adaptable, possess strong negotiation skills, and excellent time management abilities.

As an Account Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the account management team, assisting with customer inquiries and issue resolution, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
