Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Assist with account management tasks such as updating client information, processing payments, and generating reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the client experience - Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and growth efforts - Provide training and support to clients on the use of our systems and services


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
