Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft as an Account Support Specialist. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of account support.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in daily operations - Assist in managing client accounts and resolving any issues or concerns - Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes - Communicate with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
