Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our team at American Family Insurance Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of account managers and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide assistance and answer any questions they may have - Assist account managers with preparing and processing insurance policies and claims - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information in our database - Help coordinate meetings and appointments for the account management team - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Must be energetic, cooperative, and have strong project management skills
