Job Description - Call Center Assistant

We are currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team at S&P Global in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, confident, and possess strong planning and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys - Input customer data accurately into the system - Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem resolution - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Motivated, confident, with strong planning and critical thinking skills
