Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and improve customer service experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
