Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team at Southern, a company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the region of Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position with the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level team member, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or issues - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys - Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Inputting and updating customer information in the database - Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and achieve goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Driven and reliable personality traits - Creativity and planning soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office programs - Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent required
