Job Description:


We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing information about Hilton Worldwide Holdings products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation and planning soft skills - No prior experience required - we will provide training - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
