Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Assistant to join our team at Dollar Tree. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our system - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Providing guidance and assistance to customers on product availability, pricing, and promotions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and quality standards set by management

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer software and systems - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluency in English and German is preferred
