Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant working from home for Swiss International Air Lines in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with online booking, checking flight status, and providing travel information. 4. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the call center.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable individual with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence positive outcomes. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
