Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: KKR is seeking a passionate and resilient Call Center Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service - Conducting research to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall call center efficiency and customer experience

Requirements: - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service - Demonstrated resilience in handling challenging customer situations - Strong research abilities to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
