Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: As a Call Center Assistant at Office Depot, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a work-from-home position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time role is ideal for someone at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company. 7. Keep abreast of product updates and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong leadership skills to effectively handle challenging situations. 3. High emotional intelligence to empathize with customer needs and concerns. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts. 8. Fluent in English and German.
