Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Foot Locker is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general information. 2. Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and teamwork. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times to uphold our high service standards.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with ease. 4. Experience using CRM software and other call center tools preferred. 5. Must be a team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and supervisors.
