Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Huber+Suhner is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or requests - Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Providing product information and pricing to customers - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and hardworking attitude - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
