Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As an Entry Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with inquiries or concerns 2. Managing and resolving customer complaints 3. Providing product information and guiding customers through the purchasing process 4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues 5. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records 6. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products and services 7. Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Strong communication and organizational skills 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Project management and leadership skills are a plus 5. Reliable and motivated team player
