Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, confident, and possess strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services - Input and update customer information in the database - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Effective time management skills - Comfortable using computer systems and software - No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
