Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for hardworking and energetic individuals who possess excellent presentation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service - Provide accurate and timely information to customers while resolving any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and customer service techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
