Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Franklin Resources, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Assist clients with account inquiries, issue resolution, and product information - Follow company guidelines and scripts during calls - Meet and exceed call center performance metrics - Utilize CRM software to input and track customer interactions

Requirements: - Dedicated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
