Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a hardworking and independent Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist clients with their banking inquiries. 2. Provide information on banking products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. 4. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records. 5. Cross-sell and upsell products to clients. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals. 9. Continuously improve knowledge of banking products and services. 10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. 3. Excellent people management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Vision insurance, Retirement plan, and Travel opportunities. 9. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
