Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual as needed - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed daily call quota and quality assurance standards - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer issues and complaints - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
