Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Input customer data into the CRM system accurately and efficiently. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
