Call Center Associate - Work from home

Gilead Sciences is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating their ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns - Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction - Utilize communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service - Stay up to date on product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking individual who is able to adapt to changing situations - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present information - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
