Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Manager to join our team in Geneva, CH. As a part-time Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center and ensuring that our customer service representatives provide top-quality service to all customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management and possess excellent problem-solving and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives in a fast-paced call center environment - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach team members to ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Experience with performance management and coaching - Knowledge of customer service best practices
