Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


GameStop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call center KPIs - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic - Excellent negotiation skills - Experience with call center software and CRM systems
