Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at Oshkosh, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote call center team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment, with a strong background in customer service and team management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations, including quality assurance measures and performance metrics 3. Monitor call center performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement 4. Train and develop call center agents to enhance their skills and performance 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction 6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center processes and procedures 7. Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the call center team 8. Handle scheduling and staffing for the call center to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in a call center environment, with proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role 2. Driven and confident personality traits, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team 3. Strong strategic planning and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Experience working remotely and managing a remote team 6. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
