Job Description:


PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading home builders, is seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and performance standards are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations. 8. Maintain a positive and motivated work environment for the team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 6 years of experience in call center management or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing a call center team. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Motivated and independent with a strong sense of adaptability. 6. Ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Experience with call center software and tools. 9.
