Job Description:
News Corp. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the media industry and start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Promote News Corp. products and services to customers over the phone. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
