Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, product information, and complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and provide additional information as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Independent and resourceful problem-solving abilities - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
