Job Description:
HRG Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 5. Maintain customer records and update information in the database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Emotional intelligence and cooperation to handle difficult situations with empathy. 6. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
