Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team at Hershey as a part-time, work-from-home position in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach - Adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and situations with professionalism and empathy - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
