Remote Call Center Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, driven, and looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and support to clients regarding our services and products - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize research and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong research and problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent
