Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Kaba Holding AG is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Provide information about products and services, pricing, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and guidelines - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
