Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a reliable and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Respond to customer emails and online messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach. 4. Update customer account information and records accurately in the system. 5. Provide product and service information to customers and promote sales when appropriate. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 5. Strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize and solve customer issues. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture. 7. Passion for customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
