Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Implenia AG is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or requests - Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues - Strong project management skills and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
