Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Representative to join our team at Liberty Interactive in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs - Analytical skills to identify trends and provide solutions to common issues - Must be independent and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing excellent customer service
