Call Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team at Swatch Group in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on previous inquiries or purchases - Providing information about our products, promotions, and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive and customer-focused attitude - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to customers - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others - Energetic and positive attitude with a strong work ethic - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
