Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


FirstEnergy is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and possess the personality traits of being resilient and confident. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong soft skills in people management and presentation.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and issues. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to all compliance regulations. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 6. Fluency in English and German is required.
