Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This position is part-time and offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
